PayPal: Supports balance/bank account/credit card payments, dispute resolution must be initiated within 180 days

1.3 Restricted Payment Methods

2.1 Quoted Currency
The base currency is USD, other currencies are automatically converted according to the HSBC mid-price at 09:00 GMT daily

2.2 Risk of exchange rate fluctuations
