DRGNBSTRACG Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using https://drgnbstracg.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you represent a corporate entity, you must ensure that you have legally binding authority.
1.2 No Proxy Access: Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions to purchase “Demon Slayer” regional limited edition figures will result in order cancellation.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Age Restriction:
Users in the EU must be at least 16 years old, and users in other regions must be at least 13 years old to register. Purchases of “Attack on Titan” R18 products require additional verification of being at least 18 years old.
2.2 Account Security:
If it is detected that the same IP has created more than 3 accounts within 24 hours (suspected of scalpers buying “Jujutsu Kaisen” limited edition), we have the right to suspend the relevant accounts.
3. Products and Orders
3.1 Guarantee of Authenticity:
All products come with Aniplex/Good Smile Company and other copyright holders’ authorization certificates, and support official website verification. Pirated products can be reported to antipiracy@drgnbstracg.com within 7 days.
3.2 Pre-sale Terms:
A 30% deposit is required for pre-sale of the “One Piece” THE ROGUE’S GALLERY series. If the manufacturer delays delivery for more than 90 days, you can choose to get a full refund or keep the order (5% voucher compensation per month).
3.3 Inventory Error:
In case of inventory synchronization delay caused by rush purchase (such as the “Chainsaw Man” Pochita doll is sold out), we will notify you within 24 hours and give priority to the standby purchase right.
4. Payment and Currency
4.1 Payment Method:
Support Stripe (credit card), PayPal and Alipay Global, and reject prepaid card/virtual currency payment.
4.2 Currency risk:
Prices are quoted in US dollars. When using local currency for settlement, the conversion is based on the HSBC Bank mid-rate on the ** trading day + 2.5%**. The final amount is subject to confirmation by the payment gateway.
5. Logistics and tariffs
5.1 Shipping time:
DHL Express priority delivery: 3-5 working days in Europe and the United States, 5-7 working days in Asia (shockproof packaging + insurance is mandatory for vulnerable parts such as “BLEACH” sword guards).
5.2 Tariff responsibility:
EU orders use DDP (delivery duty paid), and buyers in other regions are responsible for their own tariffs. If the declared value is detained due to a dispute (such as the “Spy Play House” deluxe set being questioned by customs for underreporting), the user is required to provide proof of purchase.
6. Returns and refunds
6.1 Unconditional return:
Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days after receipt (the “Demon Slayer” Nichirin Sword model cannot be returned after the copyright code is activated).
6.2 Defect handling:
If you find QC problems (such as the paint defect of the Gokumon Kyo in Jujutsu Kaisen), you need to submit an unboxing video + close-up photos of the defects within 48 hours. We will bear the return shipping cost and send a replacement (if out of stock, refund + 15% voucher compensation).
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Copyright Statement:
The copyright of the character design and 3D renderings of Bleach on the website belongs to Shueisha. Screenshots are prohibited for secondary sales or fan product production.
7.2 User Content:
The product reviews and photos you upload (such as the scene layout ideas of Pokémon) will grant us non-exclusive global use rights and can be displayed in social media promotions.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
8.1 Product differences:
The actual product may have a reasonable color difference from the promotional picture (such as the metal texture of the three-dimensional mobile device in Attack on Titan due to production process adjustments).
8.2 Force Majeure:
For order cancellations caused by temporary recall by the copyright holder (such as termination of the peripheral authorization of “A Certain Scientific Railgun”), we will only refund the amount paid, and will not compensate for the loss of expected profits.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law:
Unless required by local law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
9.2 Arbitration Clause:
Any disputes shall be resolved through **JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services)** arbitration, with the seat of arbitration being Los Angeles and conducted in English.
10. Other Terms
10.1 Anti-scalper Clause:
A single address/payment account shall not purchase more than 2 pieces of the same product (such as “One Piece” limited edition figures) within 30 days. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled and the account will be downgraded.
10.2 Gift Rules:
For gift-giving activities (such as buying a Gojo Satoru figurine from Jujutsu Kaisen and getting a special sticker), when the gift is out of stock, it can be replaced with a voucher of equal value (cash discounts are not accepted).
