1. Shipping Coverage & Costs
A. Countries with FREE Shipping & Customs Included
The order price for the following countries/regions already includes shipping and customs duties (no additional payment required):

Americas: Contiguous US
Europe: EU Countries
Asia Pacific: Australia, Canada, UK, Malaysia, Singapore
B. Other Countries
Customers in other regions need to pay a minimum additional surcharge, including:

International shipping (calculated based on weight/volume)
Customs fees (we will assist in declaring to reduce taxes and fees, the final amount is subject to local customs)

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
A. Order Processing

Ready-to-ship goods: shipped within 1-3 working days after payment (delayed in case of holidays).
Pre-ordered products: According to the “estimated delivery date” marked on the product page, it may be adjusted due to the studio’s production progress.
B. Shipping time

Standard shipping: 4-8 weeks (covering Section 1A countries)
Peak delay warning: The following periods may be extended by 2-4 weeks:
✅ Chinese New Year (January-February)
✅ Summer (June-August)
✅ Black Friday to Christmas (November-December)
C. Tracking service

After delivery, you will receive the logistics order number and tracking link (via email and account “Order Status” page).
It is recommended to use third-party tools (such as 17Track) to monitor the status of the package in real time.
3. Customs & Import Duties
Our responsibilities: Prepay tariffs for Section 1A countries to ensure worry-free customs clearance.
Your responsibilities:
Non-Section 1A countries need to bear their own tariffs (may need to pay on delivery).
Provide accurate recipient information (name, phone number, tax number, etc.) to avoid customs clearance failure.
Dispute Resolution: If the package is detained by customs due to declaration issues, please contact drgnbstracg@gmail.com and attach customs documents. We will assist in appealing.
4. Package Protection & Lost Claims
A. Packaging Standards
All products use:

Double-layer thickened cartons
Shockproof bubble film
Customized foam lining
Waterproof sealing treatment
B. Package loss/damage processing

Step 1: If you have not received the package within 90 days after delivery, please contact customer service and provide:
✅ Order number
✅ Screenshot of logistics order number
✅ Certificate of non-receipt issued by the local post office/customs (if applicable)
Step 2: After the loss is confirmed by the logistics company, you can choose:
✅ Full refund (returned to the original payment path)
✅ Free resend (priority arrangement when inventory allows)
Partial Damage: Refer to the after-sales service policy to apply for parts replacement or compensation.
5. Restricted Items & Prohibited Countries
Prohibited Items: Due to customs restrictions, the following products cannot be shipped to certain countries:
❌ Models containing metal weapon accessories (prohibited countries: Australia, Malaysia)
❌ Anime characters with more than 30% nudity (prohibited countries: Middle East)

Regions not currently served:
❌ Russia, Ukraine, Belarus (due to international logistics control)
